Description

  • Own end-to-end account-based marketing execution using Demandbase, including account selection, intent data activation, and engagement tracking across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tiers.
  • Build and maintain target account lists with sales and marketing partners using firmographic data, intent signals, and pipeline stage.
  • Design and orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns aligned to Civica’s commercial motions.
  • Act as the primary internal owner of the Demandbase platform, including onboarding, adoption, and ongoing optimisation across regional teams.
  • Plan and execute programmatic and display advertising campaigns to support ABM target accounts.
  • Work with the Paid Media and Social Manager on audience targeting, creative trafficking, and budget allocation.
  • Support the build and execution of automated campaigns and nurture workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and data infrastructure teams on marketing automation initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting on ABM engagement, account penetration, and campaign performance to marketing and sales stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of executing global ABM programs, ideally with Demandbase or a similar platform.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, campaign workflows, and reporting.
  • Ability to plan and execute programmatic and display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with lightweight reporting, campaign performance tracking, and turning insights into action.
  • Familiarity with sectors such as Local Government, Health and Social Care, Education, Central Government, and Emergency Services across the UK, US, and APAC.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working in an evolving martech environment and contributing to process improvement and scalability.
