Description

  • Represent TP-Link’s portfolio of wired, wireless, cloud, surveillance, and network management/security solutions.
  • Build and grow relationships with key channel partners, MSPs, and end users to drive adoption and revenue.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing partners while maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
  • Drive sales results through strategic planning, solution positioning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Deliver presentations and product demos to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in emerging markets and key verticals.
  • Own territory strategy and build lasting relationships across MSP, MDU, hospitality, retail, and enterprise accounts.
  • Travel within the territory up to 50% to support customers and partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in sales, technical sales, or a related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude in IP networking, wireless products, software solutions, and service offerings.
  • Knowledge of competitive networking and IT solutions, including cloud computing, hardware, and software.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Self-starting, ambitious mindset with ownership of business outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales CRM fundamentals.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the territory up to 50%.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

  • Base salary of $120,000–$140,000 annually.
  • On-target earnings of approximately $200,000+ annually.
