Description

  • Serve as frontline support for human resources staff in the Benefits Division and handle direct customer service requests.
  • Coordinate and review work plans for assigned HR programs, activities, projects, and procedures.
  • Review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures to improve service delivery.
  • Respond to sensitive customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Supervise staff by prioritizing and assigning work, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Lead departmental projects and committees and serve as a backup liaison for the Benefits Division.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality, responsiveness, efficiency, and effectiveness of customer service inquiries and service delivery methods.
  • Coordinate activities with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies.
  • Provide highly responsible and complex administrative and professional support to HR management and executive staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 4 years of benefits experience.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Relevant work experience may be considered in place of the education requirement.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment checks, which may include a criminal background check, drug screen, and education verification.
  • Employees are paid by direct deposit only.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with some evening and weekend work required.
