Description

  • Deliver warm, exceptional customer service throughout the shopping journey.
  • Handle customer inquiries about product recommendations and sizing guidance.
  • Support order placement and order status updates.
  • Process and assist with returns and exchanges.
  • Resolve shipping issues and related customer concerns.
  • Learn and follow operational procedures to provide efficient, accurate support.
  • Build strong product and operations knowledge to give informed assistance.
  • Craft personalized, polished responses across email and chat.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service is preferred.
  • Retail experience with a strong sense of customer care is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, or similar customer support platforms is preferred.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to follow through on responsibilities.
  • Available for a part-time schedule of about 25 hours per week.
  • Ideally available weekdays from approximately 9am–2pm ET.
