Description

  • Architect and develop .NET systems with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on solution design and implementation.
  • Maintain and evolve existing systems using engineering best practices.
  • Integrate systems with AWS services.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and practices.
  • Support the development of solutions for a financial services environment.
  • Help guide teams through architecture and quality-oriented technical decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience as a mid-level or senior backend developer.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and C# / ASP.NET Core.
  • Experience with dependency injection in .NET and ORM tools such as Dapper and Entity Framework.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, Clean Architecture, DDD, and SOLID principles.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture, including choreographed vs. orchestrated Saga patterns.
  • Experience modeling REST APIs and creating gateways with AWS API Gateway.
  • Knowledge of application security, including authentication, OWASP, and secure coding practices.
  • Hands-on experience with unit tests using xUnit and mock strategies.
  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, Fargate, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience with messaging systems such as Amazon SQS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and Git.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, or X-Ray (preferred).
  • Experience with release strategies such as Canary, Blue/Green, or A/B testing (preferred).
  • Experience with GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline (preferred).
  • Feature toggle experience in production applications (preferred).
