Description

  • Design user experiences that improve how lending institutions process loan applications.
  • Lead design projects by defining product strategy and UX vision with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and align product and engineering teams from problem discovery through delivery.
  • Develop scalable design foundations, systems, interactions, and components for multiple loan products.
  • Reimagine internal processes supporting loan origination and home transactions.
  • Contribute across the full product design lifecycle, from discovery and interaction design through visual execution.
  • Elevate the design team’s craft and guide teams toward impactful design outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-time product design experience with a high-quality portfolio.
  • Fluent English for a fully US client-facing environment.
  • Experience leading strategic workshops and collaborating with product teams and engineers.
  • Strong Figma proficiency, including design systems, interaction design, and responsive design.
  • Active use of AI tools for design exploration, research, and delivery.
  • Ability to adapt quickly across multiple teams, tools, processes, and priorities.
  • Ability to make progress and decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for distributed, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Systems-thinking approach to transforming complex manual processes into streamlined digital experiences.
  • Understanding of mortgage terminology and basic lending principles preferred.
