Description

  • Own design for defined merchant and consumer product areas, from problem framing and user flows through final UI and implementation.
  • Create web pages, campaign designs, and visual assets for internal and external use.
  • Explore and present multiple design directions, align stakeholders, and drive decisions to completion.
  • Design within and contribute to ViaBill’s shared design system and component standards.
  • Conduct lightweight usability testing and use product and funnel data to improve live experiences.
  • Design clear, compliant flows involving disclosures, consent, and consumer-credit applications.
  • Prepare structured design handoffs and collaborate with developers throughout implementation and QA.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience designing shipped web and mobile products; fintech, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Portfolio containing 2–3 case studies that show the problem, alternatives considered, decision, and outcome.
  • Strong Figma skills, including components, variants, and auto-layout.
  • Experience working within an existing design system.
  • Clear, confident written and spoken English, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Based in the EU and available for working-hours overlap with CET.
  • Experience designing regulated or multi-step flows such as onboarding, applications, payments, or identity verification is preferred.
  • Experience designing for both consumer and business users is preferred.
  • Basic prototyping in code or motion-design experience is preferred.
