Description

  • Design user experiences that improve how lending institutions process loan applications.
  • Lead projects by defining product strategy and UX vision with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Develop scalable design foundations for diverse customers and loan application offerings.
  • Guide work from discovery and interaction design through visual execution and delivery.
  • Reimagine internal processes supporting loan origination and home transactions.
  • Elevate design quality and inspire the broader design team toward an impactful vision.

Requirements

  • Fluent English for a fully US client-facing environment.
  • At least 5 years of full-time product design experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional product design quality.
  • Experience facilitating strategy sessions, leading working sessions, and aligning product and engineering teams.
  • Strong Figma skills, including design systems, interaction design, and responsive design.
  • Active use of AI tools for design exploration, research, and delivery.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams, adapt to changing tools and priorities, and ramp up quickly.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and making progress without fully defined briefs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for distributed, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Systems-thinking approach to transforming complex manual processes into streamlined digital experiences.
  • Understanding of mortgage terminology and basic lending principles preferred.
