Description

  • Assist with building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes under senior engineers’ supervision.
  • Support implementation of data infrastructure components, including data lakes and warehouses.
  • Apply data quality checks and help monitor data consistency and reliability.
  • Contribute to integrations between data sources and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation for pipelines and processes.
  • Participate in code reviews, team rituals, and learning opportunities.
  • Use AI tools and automation to support data engineering workflows.

Requirements

  • Basic familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms.
  • Proficiency with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Basic knowledge of a programming language, preferably Python.
  • Foundational understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
  • Willingness to work in an international, collaborative environment.
  • Proactive attitude and strong desire to learn.
  • Academic or personal projects involving data pipelines or analytics preferred.
  • Exposure to dbt, Airflow, Git, cloud certifications, or data-related courses preferred.
  • Spanish communication skills preferred.
