Description

  • Define and evolve the technical direction, architecture, and design patterns for back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
  • Oversee the implementation, versioning, security, and standardization of SOAP and REST APIs.
  • Establish standards for unit and integration testing, monitoring, reliability, and root-cause analysis.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering excellence and continuous learning.
  • Oversee integration between legacy and modern systems while maintaining performance and decoupling.
  • Optimize CI/CD workflows and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and international teams to convert business requirements into technical roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer in a production environment.
  • Deep hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Strong knowledge of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning at scale.
  • Experience designing and maintaining SOAP and RESTful services, including XML serialization and deserialization.
  • Expertise in software design patterns, clean architecture, and distributed system design.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency; all communication is conducted in English.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, communication, adaptability, and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure (preferred).
  • Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic software development approaches (preferred).
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams (preferred).
