Description

  • Define and evolve the product’s technical vision, translating architecture decisions into user impact and alignment with business goals.
  • Participate actively in engineering discussions, proposing, questioning, and negotiating solutions with the development team.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog across business value, technical debt, stability, and scalability.
  • Lead the understanding and adoption of agentic AI development flows to accelerate and improve delivery.
  • Act as the bridge between Engineering, Design, and Business, defending technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track product technical metrics such as crash rate, latency, API error rate, and test coverage alongside business and user experience metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience as a developer/tech lead before moving into product.
  • Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in highly complex technical products such as native mobile platforms, distributed backend systems, or high-volume APIs.
  • Proven ability to read and discuss code, architecture diagrams, logs, and technical documentation directly with developers.
  • Strong command of agile methodologies in high-velocity engineering environments.
  • Experience with data-focused or AI-embedded products is relevant to the role.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Campinas metropolitan region offices when required by the attendance policy.
  • Mid-level or senior-level experience is indicated for the role.
