Description

  • Execute the product roadmap for AI data delivery capabilities, with an initial focus on MCP and other emerging AI experiences.
  • Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, technical feasibility, business priorities, and delivery constraints.
  • Partner with Engineering throughout development, testing, and release cycles.
  • Deliver secure, scalable capabilities that enable AI platforms and agents to consume and use Lightcast data.
  • Define functional requirements for MCP capabilities, AI data access, orchestration workflows, and agent interactions.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, standards, and delivery approaches and recommend practical applications.
  • Partner with Security, Legal, Data, and Product Leadership to ensure governance, licensing, and responsible AI alignment.
  • Gather customer and partner feedback and turn it into actionable product enhancements.
  • Define success metrics and monitor usage, adoption, customer feedback, and post-launch performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering software products.
  • Hands-on product experience with AI integrations, agentic technologies, LLMs, MCP, or related emerging AI technologies.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile development environments.
  • Strong experience developing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and release plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience creating technical product documentation, implementation guidance, integration requirements, and supporting materials.
  • Ability to translate highly technical concepts into clear internal and external product education, training, and sales enablement materials.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business-facing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience delivering data products, platform capabilities, enterprise data solutions, or other technically complex software products (preferred).
  • Experience with enterprise data delivery, AI data access, AI tooling, or AI-enabled workflows (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI governance, data security, privacy, licensing, and responsible AI practices (preferred).
  • Experience using product analytics, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to improve product adoption and performance (preferred).
