Description

  • Administer identity and security operations platforms, including Okta, Active Directory, ADCS, ADFS, Azure, Intune, AWS/IAM, and certificate/secrets management.
  • Manage Active Directory implementations and rebuild the ADCS environment.
  • Work on Okta projects and manage permissions effectively.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for identity and security operations issues.
  • Develop policies and procedures for identity and security systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SSO, SAML, and SCIM for application and business owners.
  • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to identify, protect against, and resolve cybersecurity threats and complex issues.
  • Mentor and educate other team members.
  • Be available for on-call duties as required.

Requirements

  • Advanced English for conversation.
  • Experience in at least 3 of the following: SCIM, multi-factor authentication, REST/SOAP/OAuth/OIDC integrations, role-based access control and privileged account management, risk-based authentication and conditional access, or enterprise access reviews and recertification.
  • Advanced understanding of security principles such as separation of duties and least privilege.
  • Expert knowledge of core IAM domains, including Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
  • Understanding of Change Management and Service Desk principles.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Scrum.
  • Preferred: expertise in Okta Lifecycle Management and Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS).
  • Preferred: technical knowledge of PKI and API security.
  • Preferred: strong experience with Zero Trust implementations.
  • Preferred: demonstrated knowledge across three or more IT fields, such as cloud services, authentication, PKI, system administration, software development, networking, or security architecture.
  • Preferred: advanced knowledge of security subjects such as threat hunting, threat modeling, digital forensics, reverse engineering, phishing, and penetration testing.
  • Preferred: strong communication skills for working with customers, peers, and executive leadership.
