Description

  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to understand business objectives and map the user journey.
  • Elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional technical specifications.
  • Write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, including BDD/Gherkin where applicable.
  • Support backlog prioritization, backlog refinement, and sprint planning in Agile development processes.
  • Ensure the development team understands the purpose and business impact of each delivery.
  • Identify bottlenecks in current client processes and propose continuous improvements based on data and service design best practices.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and process improvements.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization in business processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall experience in IT.
  • Experience in business and functional analysis.
  • Ability to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Experience analyzing business needs and translating them into detailed requirements and process improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Experience supporting Agile development processes.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira.
  • Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, task management, and planning skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage onsite and offshore stakeholders independently.
  • Good technical knowledge of APIs, databases, or systems architecture (preferred).
  • Certifications in agility or business analysis such as CSPO, PMI-PBA, or CBAP (preferred).
