Description

  • Own the full development lifecycle of complex Android applications from design through deployment.
  • Create engaging user experiences through Android UI and application architecture work.
  • Implement and modify application features with a strong focus on accessibility.
  • Optimize mobile applications and frameworks for size, performance, and reliability.
  • Produce thorough documentation, unit tests, and functional tests for mobile features.
  • Estimate design and testing timelines accurately.
  • Help design and generate automated test suites.
  • Support existing production applications by troubleshooting critical issues quickly and accurately.
  • Collaborate on user interface design, architecture, and implementation decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in high-quality software development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Android platform, core UI frameworks, ecosystem, and mobile development tools.
  • Senior-level mastery of Kotlin and extensive experience building with Jetpack Compose.
  • Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), modularization, design patterns, and mobile architecture.
  • Solid experience with asynchronous and multi-threaded programming, and mobile networking protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with modularization and micro frontends (MFE).
  • Proficiency with GraphQL for data fetching and API communication.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins and version control with GitHub.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, presentation, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills; proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
