Description

  • Develop and evolve AI agents for voice and chat customer service channels.
  • Design and implement conversational flows using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Build backend orchestrators and Python services to integrate with corporate platforms.
  • Integrate AI solutions with legacy systems through APIs and integration protocols.
  • Implement prompt engineering, observability, and monitoring for AI applications.
  • Collaborate with architecture, SRE, and data science teams to ensure scalability, security, and quality.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of generative AI architectures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with Python development.
  • Experience with generative AI and applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and conversational flow design.
  • Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and corporate services.
  • Knowledge of observability for AI solutions, using Langfuse or equivalent tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of NeMo Guardrails.
  • Nice to have: experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Nice to have: experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and OCI Generative AI.
  • Nice to have: experience with Docker, Kubernetes (OKE), and containerized environments.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Redis for managing context and application state in AI systems.
