Description

  • Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models in production.
  • Work with advanced Python, PySpark, and ML/DL libraries to build AI solutions.
  • Design and operate GenAI architectures, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM API integrations.
  • Build and manage complex Apache Airflow DAGs for workflow orchestration.
  • Work with Snowflake, DBT, SQL, and relational databases to support data solutions.
  • Apply spec-driven development and strong SDLC practices across design, build, test, deploy, and operate phases.
  • Use AI tools for code generation, testing, refactoring, and debugging.
  • Build multi-step AI agents, reusable skills, and prompt-based operational interfaces.
  • Integrate workflows with Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, observability, and related tools.
  • Evaluate AI outputs for quality, safety, and consistency while collaborating effectively with the team.

Requirements

  • Solid experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
  • Advanced Python experience with PySpark and ML/DL libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
  • Familiarity with GenAI architectures such as Amazon Bedrock or similar, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM APIs.
  • Experience with Apache Airflow for building and managing complex DAGs.
  • Experience with Snowflake and knowledge of DBT.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Understanding of spec-driven development and modern SDLC practices.
  • Advanced use of AI in software development, including code generation, testing, refactoring, and debugging.
  • Experience building AI agents, reusable capabilities, and workflow orchestration.
  • Good communication skills and resilience.
  • Residence in the Campinas metropolitan area requires on-site presence at the Campinas office according to current policy.
