Description

  • Develop, sustain, and evolve integrations between internal and external systems.
  • Build automated flows using platforms such as Digibee or APIPASS.
  • Consume, create, and maintain integrations through REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Develop scripts and automation in Python.
  • Create and maintain pipelines and process orchestrations using Apache Airflow.
  • Build routines for data extraction, transformation, and integration.
  • Integrate corporate tools such as ServiceNow and Zendesk.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues involving integrations, APIs, and databases.
  • Map manual processes and propose continuous improvements.
  • Document technical knowledge and share it with the team and other groups.

Requirements

  • Experience as a mid-level developer in automation, integration, or backend.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python.
  • Experience with GitHub and code version control.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and relational modeling.
  • Ability to write queries and procedures and optimize queries.
  • Experience orchestrating workflows with Apache Airflow or similar tools.
  • Experience with at least one platform: Digibee or APIPASS.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in high-volume, mission-critical operations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow (preferred).
  • Experience with Zendesk (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ETL or data pipelines (preferred).
  • Experience with Git and versioning (preferred).
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (preferred).
