Description

  • Design and orchestrate AI-driven workflows across the software development lifecycle, from requirements definition through system support and evolution.
  • Design agent-based architectures that support an AI-first approach to software engineering.
  • Create, evolve, and manage specialized agents for development, QA, DevOps, product management, and operational support.
  • Define strategies for context management, token optimization, and prompt engineering to improve LLM efficiency.
  • Build and maintain knowledge bases, technical documentation, and architectural decision records to ensure consistency and reuse.
  • Develop evaluation processes to monitor agent quality, accuracy, and behavior, reducing hallucinations and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, architecture standards, and security practices.
  • Act as a technical reference for the evolution of AI platforms and ecosystems applied to software development.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Software Architecture, Software Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
  • Experience designing distributed architectures, system integrations, and engineering standards.
  • Knowledge of Agentic Workflows, AI Engineering, or applying AI in the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, context management, and optimizing interactions with LLMs.
  • Ability to turn business rules and technical knowledge into structured flows and heuristics for AI agents.
  • Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, microservices, and software development best practices.
  • Experience with observability, monitoring, and system behavior analysis.
  • Strong analytical profile with solid problem-solving skills and strategic vision.
  • Advanced English for reading technical documentation and writing prompts.
  • Experience with Python (preferred).
  • Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures (preferred).
  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI tool building, and agent integration (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning, fine-tuning, and model evaluation (preferred).
  • Experience with multi-agent environments and autonomous workflow design (preferred).
  • Experience with observability tools such as Datadog (preferred).
  • Experience in payments, billing, or telecommunications platforms (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Harness Engineering, AI Platform Engineering, or AI-driven SDLC (preferred).
