Description

  • Define, communicate, and evolve the product vision and strategy for the SuperApp in alignment with business goals and the client.
  • Manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize value for the client and the company.
  • Serve as the main link between Business, Design, and Engineering, translating high-level needs into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Work closely with the Product Designer to refine the user experience and apply Design System standards consistently across journeys.
  • Track and analyze adoption, usability, customer satisfaction, and business metrics to inform iteration and roadmap prioritization.
  • Conduct continuous Product Discovery to uncover needs and opportunities for the product.
  • Manage stakeholders across different areas to secure buy-in and maintain transparency on product progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in highly complex, large-scale products, preferably in Mobile Apps, Fintech, or Insurance.
  • Ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and communicate product vision persuasively to different audiences.
  • Practical knowledge and command of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Postgraduate studies or certifications in Product Management are a plus.
  • Previous experience in insurance, payments, or regulated financial products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI and fluency with design tools such as Figma are a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis and BI tools for Product Analytics is a plus.
