Description

  • Develop the integrations required for the SuperApp redesign using AI agents.
  • Own the senior-level delivery of assigned demands and technical solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and deployment-related routines, including RDMs.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
  • Use and integrate DevOps and project management tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
  • Work in a multi-repository development environment.
  • Contribute to backend Java development and microservices/BFF implementations.
  • Support the redesign context across backend and mobile platform journeys.
  • Adapt quickly to new challenges and resolve problems autonomously.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in backend development with Java.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and agent-based development for process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
  • Experience with Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
  • Experience working in multi-repository (Multi-Repo) development environments.
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud services, including EKS, SQS, and S3.
  • Experience developing microservices and BFFs.
  • Knowledge of mobile development for Android or iOS is a plus.
  • Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira is required or expected.
  • Good communication, autonomy, resilience, and adaptability in challenging environments.
