Description

  • Design and implement end-to-end AI architectures, including data pipelines, model orchestration, and scalable inference endpoints.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of AI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face to optimize performance, cost, and latency.
  • Architect frameworks for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic workflows to improve model accuracy and relevance.
  • Establish best practices for MLOps and LLMOps, including CI/CD for AI models and rigorous version control.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Backend Engineers, and Product Leads to translate business goals into AI features.
  • Implement security protocols and ethical guardrails for AI usage, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and cost management.
  • Design scalable platform architecture and infrastructure solutions for DevOps and AI workloads.
  • Build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket.
  • Develop scripting and automation solutions to support scalable operations.
  • Manage containerization and orchestration environments for deployment and operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on platform architecture and scalable infrastructure.
  • Experience with .NET and Terraform.
  • Proficiency in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience in infrastructure provisioning and management in cloud environments.
  • Experience working with AI technologies and architecture is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a remote/home office setup in Brazil.
