Description

  • Define the product roadmap aligned with the company vision and strategy.
  • Analyze and prioritize customer requirements, translating them into epics and user stories.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize stories based on value, risk, and customer needs.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, refinements, and daily meetings.
  • Validate developed features through user testing and implementation checks.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, team members, leadership, and executive audiences.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to explore user needs and implement requirements.
  • Manage dependencies and risks proactively to maintain visibility and delivery timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building solutions in Service Cloud and Generative AI environments.
  • Experience working with multiple areas such as data, security, fraud prevention, technology, and customer experience.
  • Ability to analyze customer journey funnels to improve user experience and reduce friction.
  • Experience managing a product backlog.
  • Knowledge of PI Planning and roadmap management is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for working with teams, peers, leadership, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to write user stories using the INVEST concept; CI&T BCP counter knowledge is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements and define hypotheses with the team.
  • Ability to validate team implementations and act decisively in crisis or ambiguous situations.
  • Experience leading agile rituals and planning team deliveries.
