Description

  • Conduct an initial 2- to 4-week assessment and immersion to understand the current platform context.
  • Develop the platform blueprint and strategic roadmap for architecture evolution.
  • Establish technical governance for technology choices, microservices standardization, SDKs, and queue usage.
  • Lead the platformization effort by creating accelerators that support product teams.
  • Act as a technical enabler for product teams and ensure integration with existing corporate solutions.
  • Serve as the main technical guide for defining architecture standards and platform direction.
  • Work in a consultative model with the client as a strategic technology partner.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in strategic technology leadership and systems architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
  • Experience with Backstage.
  • Experience defining technical standards for SDKs, APIs, and messaging.
  • Preferred experience with emerging technologies such as LangChain.
  • Ability to work in consultative and strategic partnership models with clients.
  • Must be located in Brazil.
  • If residing in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, in-office attendance in Campinas is required according to the current policy.
