Description

  • Define infrastructure requirements and set up the QA automation environment from scratch.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks for web, API, or mobile applications.
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid feedback and delivery.
  • Establish testing standards, best practices, and test data management strategies for the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications through robust automated testing ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience building automation environments and frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong proficiency with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven success in architecting and implementing automation solutions in greenfield environments.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
  • Experience with Web, API, or Mobile test automation is relevant.
  • Experience mentoring or sharing knowledge with other engineers is a plus.
