Description

  • Support solution discussions and help resolve internal conflicts, product issues, and communication problems to improve collaboration and innovation.
  • Remove impediments and blockers that affect team delivery.
  • Coach the development team on agile principles, Scrum practices, and ceremonies.
  • Work with clients to identify business and operational requirements.
  • Develop, monitor, and present data transformation roadmaps for internal and external audiences.
  • Produce clear requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain, refine, and prioritize product backlogs while ensuring stories meet Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
  • Track and analyze team metrics such as burndown, velocity, lead time, and cycle time to assess project health and support planning.
  • Refine agile practices based on results and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify business opportunities and hypotheses by developing a deep understanding of users, stakeholders, and problems to be solved.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience setting up and evolving cross-functional development teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment with multiple parallel teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
  • Proven experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
  • Strong self-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to motivate others and create a positive, inclusive team environment.
  • Comfort working with both co-located and remote teams.
  • Ability to manage client relationships across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong advocacy for Lean Agile culture and principles.
  • Enthusiasm for using AI in daily operations to improve efficiency.
  • Nice to have: experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Nice to have: PMP or Scrum Master certification.
