Description

  • Develop and execute automated test cases across all layers of the testing pyramid.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through rigorous testing practices.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Establish and implement quality processes that help developers deliver high-quality work autonomously.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot software defects, ensuring timely resolutions and enhancements.
  • Act as a central reference for QA practices and guide system-level decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Use generative AI tools to enhance the testing process.

Requirements

  • Experience in automation testing tools for both back-end and front-end.
  • Strong programming or scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of generative AI tools that support the QA process is preferred.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, empathetic, integrity-driven, problem-solving, and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment is implied by the role context.
