Description

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and production maintenance.
  • Create and optimize features using DBT and PySpark for large-scale datasets.
  • Develop and manage data and ML workflows with Apache Airflow.
  • Perform distributed data processing at scale using PySpark.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Monitor model performance, detect degradation, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation covering architecture, models, and processes.

Requirements

  • Solid experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Advanced Python skills and experience with ML/DL libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and XGBoost.
  • Experience with GenAI architectures such as Amazon Bedrock or similar, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM API integration.
  • Experience with API and microservices architecture using FastAPI, API Gateway, ECS/EKS.
  • Proven experience with PySpark and distributed data processing.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Experience building and managing complex Apache Airflow DAGs.
  • Knowledge of AWS services such as SageMaker, S3, EC2, Lambda, ECR, and ECS.
  • Experience with Snowflake for analytical storage and processing.
  • Knowledge of DBT for data transformation and modeling.
  • Code versioning experience with Git and strong development best practices.
  • Preferred: experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or other MLOps platforms.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Preferred: experience with Feature Stores such as Feast or Tecton.
  • Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD practices for ML.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Kafka, and Spark Streaming.
  • Preferred: experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications such as ML Specialty or Solutions Architect.
  • Preferred: experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
