Description

  • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
  • Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code using best practices.
  • Maintain Salesforce environments by assessing and correcting technical debt in force.com, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
  • Design and develop proprietary intellectual property for the practice.
  • Take ownership of project work and develop client relationships.
  • Identify bugs, align fixes with requirements, and test bug fixes before production deployment.
  • Write test classes and ensure more than 80% code coverage.
  • Write documentation and provide technical training for Salesforce users.
  • Maintain strict security and integrity standards across all Salesforce environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent technical field.
  • 6-8 years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience developing customer-facing UI/UX.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Ability to solve high-level software and application issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with Salesforce consultants and clients.
  • Proficiency in SQL/SOQL, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
  • Salesforce Certified Developer certifications are required.
  • Additional certifications are encouraged.
  • Proficiency with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
