Description

  • Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design and implement cloud-native solutions in Azure with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Develop and enforce software development standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Identify technical risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.
  • Investigate and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to Azure development.
  • Serve as a hands-on technical reference for less experienced developers and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their growth within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior-level software engineer or developer building scalable, high-performance solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure Functions, and API Management.
  • Strong background in Java and Spring Boot/Spring Cloud for containerized microservices development.
  • Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, with TCP/IP as a plus.
  • Practical experience in a DevOps-focused environment using CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging tools.
  • Deep understanding of design patterns, service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, and cloud best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, lead by example, and mentor other developers.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to different stakeholders.
