Description

  • Own L2 support for complex, multi-vendor production ecosystems built around Power Automate flows.
  • Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents using DataDog and ServiceNow.
  • Analyze Power Automate flow runs and logs, debug failures, manage retries, and improve error handling and alerting.
  • Maintain and optimize automations that use AI capabilities such as Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Build and enhance integrations using standard and custom connectors, APIs, and related communication platforms.
  • Create and run scripts and service processes to reduce manual effort and operational toil.
  • Keep runbooks and knowledge base articles current and actionable.
  • Drive preventive actions, root-cause analysis, automation, and continuous process improvement.
  • Communicate clearly with global stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with ITSM/ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request management.
  • Proven L2 support experience in distributed, integrated environments with log analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate cloud flows, including connectors, conditions, parallelism, retries, error handling, governance, and monitoring.
  • Experience supporting AI-driven automations using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and/or Azure OpenAI integrations.
  • Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing, workflows, CMDB, and operational processes.
  • Experience with DataDog for dashboards, alerts, APM, and log management.
  • Familiarity with communications APIs and platforms such as Twilio.
  • Scripting or automation experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Availability to work shifts from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM BRT or 1:00 PM–10:00 PM BRT, with occasional holiday coverage.
  • WhatsApp Business API integration experience is a plus.
  • Broader Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps, custom connectors, and solution packaging/ALM, is a plus.
  • SQL, Postman API testing, and non-relational database experience such as MongoDB are preferred.
  • Cloud production experience with AWS and/or Azure is preferred.
  • Experience implementing operations processes in a waterfall project context is preferred.
  • Advanced ServiceNow module experience, such as Discovery, Automation Engine, or Flow Designer, is preferred.
