Description

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to ingest and transform data for analytics and reporting.
  • Implement and manage web and marketing tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Develop and maintain data models and database schemas for data warehouses and analytical solutions.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and production code (Python, Scala, or Java) to support data processing and analysis.
  • Work with data warehousing platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) to store, query, and manage datasets.
  • Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver insights, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Create documentation, reports, and presentations in English and Spanish to communicate findings and technical designs.
  • Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and operationalization of analytics and data services, including support for AI/ML pipelines where applicable.

Requirements

  • Located in Colombia and available to work remotely for a full-time role.
  • Solid experience as a Data Analyst (senior-level experience expected).
  • Excellent English (C1 or above) and strong Spanish communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) are mandatory.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Strong experience developing data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Proficiency with data warehousing solutions such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Experience with SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Java).
  • Understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
  • Nice to have: experience with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, especially GCP/BigQuery), modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Stitch), streaming platforms (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Kinesis), data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker, Docker/Kubernetes, AI/ML pipeline development and MLOps, D2C/e-commerce analytics, Adobe/marketing tech stack, cloud or data engineering certifications, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
