Description

  • Provide expert database presales support to the sales team.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their cloud journey.
  • Qualify new opportunities and assess customer requirements.
  • Lead technical database discovery sessions and design optimal solutions.
  • Develop proposals, pricing, and customer presentations.
  • Work closely with service delivery teams on database architecture.
  • Support post-sales delivery to help ensure project success.
  • Lead technical discussions with global customers, partners, and the sales team.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a dedicated database presales role.
  • Solid experience working with Oracle Databases in a technical capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms.
  • Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Professional Oracle and AWS certifications.
  • Experience with multiple clouds, including OCI, Google Cloud, or Azure (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud readiness assessment tools such as AWS MAP (preferred).
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, AWS Aurora, or Google Alloy (preferred).
  • Experience positioning and selling professional and managed services, and planning and estimating migration and upgrade projects (preferred).
