Description

  • Handle N1/N2 production incidents and drive rapid investigation and resolution.
  • Perform technical analysis of failures, identify root causes, and propose workarounds or permanent fixes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and restore operations.
  • Monitor operational and efficiency indicators to proactively identify risks and issues.
  • Support application stability and continuity of critical business services.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
  • Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities to reduce repetitive operational tasks.
  • Support impact analysis in production and the evolution of monitoring and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting and sustaining systems in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of Java and Spring.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with version control and code quality tools such as Git, Subversion (SVN), and Sonar.
  • Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with incident management and sustainment/support flows.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Strong communication skills for working with different teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to analyze problems quickly and act with urgency.
  • Dynamic, proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility for production environments.
  • Interest in understanding technical business impacts and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience in production support or sustainment is required; experience in similar support operations is preferred.
