Description

  • Lead day-to-day administration of global employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement and pension, leave, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Oversee accurate enrollment, eligibility management, and issue resolution across regions.
  • Provide direction to benefits team members on program execution, escalations, and service delivery standards.
  • Coordinate and govern global benefits renewals across markets in alignment with financial, compliance, and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, including benefits, tax, and data privacy obligations.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and external vendors to support deductions, funding, reconciliations, reporting, and cross-border compliance.
  • Oversee global benefits administration platforms and related systems, including configuration governance, data integrity, enhancements, access controls, and vendor performance.
  • Maintain accurate benefits data within global HRIS platforms and support reporting controls, audit readiness, and data standardization.
  • Manage vendor relationships across multiple countries, including performance monitoring, renewals, contractual alignment, and implementation support.
  • Monitor benefits operations performance and implement process improvements, internal controls, documentation, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a related role, including 2+ years in management.
  • Demonstrated experience in benefits administration within a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience supervising or coordinating the work of others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting benefits programs across multiple countries or regions preferred.
  • Exposure to vendor management or benefits renewals preferred.
  • First-level and/or advanced university degree preferred.
