Description

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new User Agencies.
  • Provide ongoing strategic support and account management to existing and prospective agencies.
  • Travel with STP staff to meetings throughout the state at no additional cost to the State.
  • Attend on-site meetings in Sacramento, CA within 24 hours’ notice when requested.
  • Operate on a Pacific Time Zone work schedule.
  • Create detailed implementation plans with actions, timelines, and milestones.
  • Conduct weekly calls with STP and User Agencies to track progress and maintain communication.
  • Develop and manage a structured 90-day onboarding timeline for each new User Agency.
  • Oversee configuration of travel policies, rule classes, approval processes, user roles and permissions, and site maintenance.
  • Develop tailored goals and strategies for each User Agency as requested by STP.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective User Agencies.
  • Conduct bi-annual reviews of the top ten User Agencies and identify missed travel and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track onboarding progress, agency engagement, and account development.

Requirements

  • Remote position with one week of in-person orientation at the home office in Virginia Beach, VA.
  • Availability to travel with STP staff to meetings throughout the state.
  • Ability to attend on-site meetings in Sacramento, CA within 24 hours’ notice.
  • Ability to work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule (UTC -8:00).
  • Experience in client services, onboarding, implementation, or account management is implied or preferred.
  • Experience using CRM software designated by the employer.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, milestones, and progress tracking.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Veterans with expertise in these areas are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Seneca or Native individuals receive hiring preference.
