Description

  • Sell ChowNow’s restaurant technology solutions to independent restaurants in person across the assigned territory.
  • Own revenue generation by turning qualified leads into opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify and build a book of business from partner and inbound leads.
  • Develop outbound and referral strategies to create and close new sales opportunities.
  • Run in-product web demos for a variety of audiences.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to use the company’s value-selling methodology effectively.
  • Work closely with a manager to review pipeline, use coaching and data-driven insights, and improve conversion rates.
  • Shape and improve the team’s sales strategy, tools, content, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships that support repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of consistent over-achievement.
  • Experience in full-cycle outside sales.
  • Ability to travel 45% within the market and maintain a reliable means of transportation.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and develop a referral-based book of business.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-change sales culture.
  • Ability to learn processes and technology quickly.
  • Market knowledge, including awareness of competitors and current industry trends.
  • Coachable mindset and willingness to implement feedback.
  • Experience using SFDC reports and dashboards to evaluate pipeline and KPIs is preferred.
