Description

  • Sell ChowNow’s platform to independent restaurants through in-person outside sales.
  • Own revenue generation from qualified lead to closed deal.
  • Qualify and build a book of business from partner and inbound leads.
  • Develop outbound prospecting and referral strategies to create new opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress in SFDC dashboards and reports.
  • Run product web demos for a variety of audiences.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to improve performance and apply the Value Selling methodology.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and customers to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Work with the manager to review pipeline health and improve conversion rates using coaching and data-driven insights.
  • Contribute best practices and ideas to help improve team strategy, tools, and content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with consistent over-achievement in in-person selling.
  • 45% travel within the market and a reliable means of transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales culture where change is common.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Experience building lasting relationships and developing a book of business through referrals.
  • Market awareness and knowledge of competitors and current trends.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn sales process, technology, and buyer decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and receptive to feedback.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a team environment.
  • Preferred: experience in restaurant technology or adjacent sales environments.
