Description

  • Own revenue generation for a Buffalo territory and manage a full-cycle outside sales pipeline from lead qualification through close.
  • Convert partner and inbound leads into opportunities while building a book of business.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting and referral strategies to source new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct in-person selling and run product web demos for independent restaurants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to support long-term account growth.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to use ChowNow’s value-selling methodology effectively.
  • Use SFDC reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and evaluate KPIs.
  • Work with management to review pipeline data, improve conversion rates, and refine sales strategy.
  • Share best practices and contribute to team growth and sales process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of consistent over-achievement.
  • Experience selling in a fast-paced, changing sales environment.
  • Ability to travel 45% within the market and maintain reliable transportation.
  • Strong curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and develop a referral-driven book of business.
  • Market knowledge, including awareness of competitors and current industry trends.
  • Coachability and willingness to learn, adapt, and master the sales craft.
  • Comfort working with process and technology and learning quickly.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to implement feedback.
  • Experience with sales reporting and pipeline management tools such as SFDC is preferred.
