Description

  • Lead end-to-end enablement strategy for new product, pricing, and positioning launches in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Translate launch messaging into talk tracks, demo flows, and competitive positioning for the sales team.
  • Build launch certification programs and define measurable adoption metrics.
  • Support rollout of new sales processes and tooling, including Gong, with reinforcement plans that drive behavior change.
  • Design ongoing AE development programs and structured learning journeys tied to tenure and performance.
  • Operationalize sales methodology frameworks such as MEDDPICC into repeatable training programs.
  • Create manager playbooks and coaching tools to inspect call quality, qualification depth, and deal strategy.
  • Support coaching cadences that improve seller performance and win rates.
  • Define success metrics for enablement initiatives and track leading and lagging indicators of impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership and present enablement insights to executives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Performance roles supporting Account Executives in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
  • Proven track record leading enablement program lifecycles end to end.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, especially SMB.
  • Experience operationalizing discovery and value frameworks such as BANT and MEDDPICC into scalable programs.
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to tie initiatives to metrics such as win rate, ACV, pipeline conversion, and ramp time.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and frontline Sales Managers.
  • Experience supporting call coaching platforms such as Gong and embedding coaching frameworks into manager rhythms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build structured certification programs and measurable skill validation.
  • Excellent executive communication skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives without losing quality or velocity.
