Description

  • Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of key enterprise customers in your assigned region.
  • Become the subject matter expert on each customer's sustainable aviation fuel program and objectives.
  • Guide customers on how to use the Chooose platform to achieve their program goals.
  • Build high-trust relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations, including sustainability and fuel procurement teams.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and identify new commercial expansion opportunities.
  • Champion customer needs internally and gather structured product feedback for the Chooose team.
  • Oversee complex software deployments and implementation efforts for decarbonization programs.
  • Collaborate with Technical Implementation Managers and cross-functional teams to support program execution from implementation through go-live and beyond.
  • Drive continuous improvement across Technical Implementation, Customer Operations, and Customer Success functions.
  • Stay current on carbon-related requirements and market trends affecting customers and the sectors Chooose serves.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in the hard sciences.
  • Minimum of 4 years of success in management consulting, SaaS implementation, enterprise project management, or a similar field.
  • Experience in enterprise software organizations related to carbon markets, fuel markets, or carbon accounting is a plus.
  • Comfort working with technical and highly configurable SaaS solutions.
  • Previous experience with API integrations and enterprise-grade SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Polished presentation skills and comfort discussing technical and commercial topics with external stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Self-directed problem solver who takes initiative.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to support global customers.
  • Open to frequent travel on short notice.
  • Must be based in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, or Florida.
