Description

  • Negotiate and manage business-class and enterprise telecommunications service agreements on behalf of multifamily property clients.
  • Vet client properties with vendors to review existing provider agreements.
  • Review client surveys to understand property needs and service requirements.
  • Review and interpret existing agreements to capture key terms and obligations.
  • Identify opportunities for new or competitive vendor proposals.
  • Prepare detailed proposal summaries and financial projections for client presentations.
  • Negotiate business and financial terms of proposals with service providers.
  • Proof draft contracts before execution.
  • Manage a high volume of projects and tasks in a growing B2B environment.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work from a home office in the Central Ohio area.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time for staff and vendor meetings.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to apply new concepts quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing a large volume of tasks and projects while staying organized.
  • Ability to work independently, implement a plan, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of self-discipline, self-motivation, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Four-year degree from an accredited university or college preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Professional is a plus.
  • Experience in telecommunications, multifamily, construction, vended laundry, business class services, enterprise telecom services, or rooftop/cell antennae leases is a plus.

  • Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
