Description

  • Lead direct sales efforts targeting large employers with 10,000 to 35,000 employees.
  • Craft tailored pitches and presentations that align Chime Enterprise solutions to prospect needs.
  • Run discovery calls, demos, and in-person meetings with prospects.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to close deals and manage objections.
  • Execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in partnership with the Business Development team.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and onboarding.
  • Exceed sales targets while ensuring a smooth handoff and onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to refine market positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Track, report, and optimize sales activity and pipeline health using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or consultative environments.
  • Experience in payroll, HCM, benefits, or financial wellness solutions preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving sales opportunities.

  • Base salary of $140,000 to $165,000, depending on experience and location.
