Description

  • Build and own the LATAM marketing plan tied to pipeline and revenue targets, including objectives, budgets, and quarterly calendars.
  • Partner with business development and sales leadership to refine ICPs, named account lists, and segment-based outreach plays.
  • Run account-based marketing campaigns and regional partner/field marketing initiatives for exchanges, neobanks, fintechs, and banks.
  • Adapt and localize messaging, proof points, one-pagers, pricing narratives, and demos for regional buyers.
  • Create market-specific content such as explainers, regulatory primers, customer stories, and sales collateral.
  • Own LATAM event strategy, including flagship conferences, roadshows, private roundtables, and pre-/during-/post-event programs.
  • Coordinate regional PR and earned media opportunities with HQ communications and agencies.
  • Develop regional enablement materials such as sales decks, talk tracks, objection handling, implementation guides, and case studies.
  • Source, manage, and coordinate external specialists and vendors such as agencies, creatives, PR support, and translators.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful experience in LATAM fintech, payments, or adjacent infrastructure.
  • Experience starting from first principles and building programs independently before scaling.
  • Strong understanding of ABM and how marketing supports enterprise sales deals.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts such as stablecoins, on-chain payments, APIs, and compliance into clear business value.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish.
  • Portuguese strongly preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills for localization.
  • Practical fluency with CRM and marketing automation tools, analytics, and AI-driven content or translation workflows.
  • Based in LATAM, or able to frequently travel to the region.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% for partners and events.
