Description

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for clients from onboarding through renewal.
  • Own the post-sale onboarding experience and ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams to align client goals, scope, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Drive client adoption of Charter Impact services, tools, and engagement models.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Lead regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning conversations.
  • Prioritize accounts by risk and growth opportunity to reduce churn and increase revenue expansion.
  • Coordinate across service delivery functions to resolve client issues and escalations.
  • Manage renewals, contract execution, account notes, renewal forecasts, and opportunity tracking in CRM.
  • Partner with marketing on customer case studies and media opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting in B2B professional services, financial services, or education-adjacent environments.
  • Experience working with charter schools, K-12 education, or public-sector–adjacent organizations preferred.
  • Proven experience owning renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell responsibilities and achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal delivery teams and sales.
  • Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Consultative, mission-aligned mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot and communication/design tools like RingCentral, Canva, Microsoft 365, and Adobe.
