Description

  • Own customer health and success from go-live through renewal and expansion.
  • Proactively engage clients at the right times to demonstrate value and uncover growth and advocacy opportunities.
  • Use data insights to track customer health, forecast churn risk, and mitigate renewal risks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support on product features and functionality.
  • Contribute to customer success team scalability through automation and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to synthesize customer feedback and inform product development.
  • Partner with sales counterparts to plan, forecast, and action renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges promptly.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with customers and act as an extension of their teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager working with mid-market accounts.
  • Deep understanding of Shopify features and experience working with Shopify retailers.
  • Understanding of how Shopify integrates with ERPs and WMS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of retail, e-commerce, and logistics.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb client-facing skills with enthusiasm, poise, and confidence.
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition of a technology platform to client needs.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools such as Looker, Google Data Studio, and Tableau.
