Description

  • Define and evolve the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the OMS portfolio.
  • Prioritize investments across customer needs, competitive differentiation, and platform/data unification.
  • Serve as the primary product voice with prospects and clients, presenting vision and roadmap directly.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve win rates, adoption, and renewals.
  • Turn customer and market feedback into clear product decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers and product leaders.
  • Partner with executive leadership on org design, hiring, and development plans.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver and drive adoption.
  • Represent OMS product strategy to the executive team and, when needed, the Board.
  • Champion platform thinking across Chartbeat, Tubular, Lineup, and FatTail.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management.
  • 5+ years in a senior product leadership role such as VP, SVP, or equivalent.
  • B2B SaaS experience in the media or ad tech industry.
  • Direct ad tech experience, ideally with OMS or adjacent systems such as Google Ad Manager, ad servers, or DMPs/CDPs.
  • Experience delivering innovative products, including AI-driven features or workflows.
  • Commercial experience presenting roadmap and vision directly to prospects and customers.
  • Experience in enterprise or upper-mid-market B2B environments, ideally in media, publishing, or adjacent verticals.
  • People leadership experience building, managing, and growing product management teams.
