Description

  • Identify, onboard, and enable reseller and distribution partners to sell EV charging solutions.
  • Build and grow a high-performing partner network aligned to business goals.
  • Lead partner onboarding and provide training on products, value propositions, and sales strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners and maintain trusted relationships.
  • Equip partners with sales tools, marketing assets, and technical resources.
  • Set, track, and analyze partner performance goals and create improvement plans.
  • Use market and competitive insights to identify new opportunities and expand channel presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support a consistent partner experience.
  • Incorporate partner feedback into process and program improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of channel management, partner management, or business development experience.
  • Experience in EV charging or closely related technologies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • MBA or an advanced business degree is preferred.
  • Experience working with reseller and distribution channel models is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of EV charging market trends and the competitive landscape is preferred.

  • Targeted US base salary range of $112,500 to $172,500.
