Description

  • Own significant parts of the Developer Platform, including monorepo CI/CD, the Agentic AI platform, shared build infrastructure, and the change-throughput substrate.
  • Improve the speed, reliability, and developer experience of the monorepo CI/CD pipeline.
  • Help design and scale workflows that allow trusted agents to make validated changes beyond traditional PR-based processes.
  • Productionize the Agentic AI platform, including observability, shared memory via RAG, and context-engineering patterns for reliable agents.
  • Consolidate fragmented build systems and create standardized paved-road blueprints for product teams to onboard quickly.
  • Partner with engineers across the company to identify toil, codify patterns, and automate repetitive manual work.
  • Mentor teammates and raise the quality bar for design, code review, and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to technical direction and help drive alignment on target architecture across teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building and operating production services and platform infrastructure in modern cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with Go, or strong readiness to ramp quickly.
  • Deep expertise in CI/CD systems, container-based orchestration, and tooling for large monorepos across build, test, and release.
  • Experience contributing to technical direction across multiple teams and helping deprecate legacy systems.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI and LLM-based automation in production.
  • Interest in context engineering, including RAG, memory, and tool-calling, at platform scale.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of automating repetitive manual work.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a self-directed approach focused on data-driven improvement in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience scaling GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, Buildkite, or comparable systems at high throughput (preferred).
  • Experience scaling change throughput beyond traditional PR workflows and coordinating high volumes of automated changes (preferred).
  • Background in developer experience metrics such as DORA or SPACE and related instrumentation (preferred).
  • Experience operating a large Go monorepo and its tooling (preferred).
  • Familiarity with supply chain security, OCI, Kubernetes, or open source software communities (preferred).
  • Experience publishing internal-platform OKRs and running stakeholder feedback loops (preferred).
