Description

  • Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard Images across customer organizations.
  • Partner with account teams to understand customer needs, pain points, and solution strategy.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by testing, documenting, and validating Chainguard Images as “customer zero.”
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and help prioritize image builds.
  • Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
  • Work directly with customers as a technical point of contact throughout the implementation and onboarding lifecycle.
  • Collaborate, teach, and learn with internal teams to support customer success and product improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.
  • 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including engineers and executives.
  • Strong working experience with software development processes, practices, and software engineering design concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Located in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Preferred: experience developing solutions to complex problems with a strong drive for continuous learning.
